This spacious studio sleeps 3 with a King Size Bed and Twin Size Sofa Bed.

There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

This unit comes equipped with a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, sink w/ garbage disposal, under-the-sink three-step water filtration system, and a large kitchen island with bar stools.  It is fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, flatware, cookware, and more. This unit also includes A/C, a washer & dryer, a large closet with hangers, a blow-dryer, and an iron & ironing board.

Also included:

Beach towels, sand chairs, and an ice chest.

Starter Kit: Starter supply of Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags 

Royal Kahana has an oceanfront pool area that Includes Lounge Chairs, Several BBQs, Cornhole, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, and a Large Grass Area.  

On-site parking is available.  The building association charges $18 plus tax per day.  Limited street parking is available.

For those who wish to take the bus, we have a bus stop located just a few yards south of the front of the resort. The bus will take you South to Kaanapali and Lahaina or North to Napili and Kapalua.

The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that the Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of water, electricity, air conditioning, or plumbing that is beyond their control. The Host is not liable for any loss or damage to the Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.
